This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are evaluated for Shopinger services and for merchant products sold through Shopinger-powered stores.
This policy applies to Shopinger subscription and digital service purchases. For products sold by merchants through Shopinger-powered stores, the relevant merchant remains responsible for product returns, refunds, warranties, delivery problems, and after-sales requests.
Physical product orders may be cancelled before shipment if the seller has not started fulfillment. Shopinger service subscriptions may be cancelled from the active billing period according to the plan terms shown at purchase.
Returned products must generally be unused, complete, undamaged, and suitable for resale unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Products customized for the buyer, perishable goods, hygiene-sensitive opened products, and instantly delivered digital content may be excluded from withdrawal rights where permitted by law.
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where technically possible. Bank, card, and payment provider processing times may affect when the refunded amount appears in the buyer account.
For Shopinger subscriptions, fees for a billing period that has already started may not be refundable unless required by law or expressly stated in the plan terms. If a service cannot be provided due to a fault attributable to Shopinger, the request will be reviewed and an appropriate correction, credit, or refund may be offered.
